Safety Trainers provides the following programs specifically designed to keep you in compliance with the Department of Public Health, Massachusetts Board of Professional Licensing, Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) and OSHA.

BLS Healthcare Provider
The BLS Healthcare Provider Course teaches CPR skills for helping Adults, children and infants, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). It's intended for participants who provide heath care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital. Course Description

Certification Cards are valid for two (2) years.

Bloodborne Pathogens
For those who come in contact with infectious materials as part of their job, you will learn about transmission of disease, prevention, universal precautions, exposure control, labeling and exposure determination.

Certification Card valid for one (1) year.

CPR with or without AED Training                                            This course teaches adult, child and infant CPR and how to use an AED. The AED course includes operation, application, maintenance, AED Implementation Guidelines, and a practice skills session. We have enough equipment and supplies for all students to participate with minimum wait times. Students will also learn about using barrier devices in CPR and giving first aid for choking. The course teaches how to recognize the signs of four major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest and foreign-body airway obstruction.

Certification Card valid for two (2) years.

Need a new certified instructor at your facility? No problem. We offer Instructor Training Courses and other services to our Instructors.

With all the changes in healthcare, you don't have time to spare. Safety Trainers makes certification and recertification training for healthcare providers simple, convenient and cost effective. Safety Trainers will provide on-site training for a group of 6 or more. If you already have an in-house instructor, send your employees who missed your in-house training to us. For your convenience, we now offer open enrollment classes throughout the year.
